The parties agree that the NJ courts located in Middlesex county, NJ, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.

Pricing - Prices and manufacture specifications are subject to change without notice, most manufacturers reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Payment Terms – Payment shall be via AMEX, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Payments are handled by our secure Merchant Account via Authorize.net. Customer agrees to pay for products purchased as detailed in the shopping cart. First time customers will be required to provide credit card payment information. Other terms may apply.
Shipping and Handling
NJTS ships products anywhere in the United States via UPS. Shipping charges are borne by the purchaser and are estimated at the time of check out. Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order as well as distance shipped. Shipping is prepaid and added to purchaser’s final charges.
At checkout please select your desired method of shipping. Be advised that UPS does not count the pick-up day and does not count holidays and weekends. All items usually ship within (5) business days once payment has been authorized. In stock items may ship sooner and larger items or items marked special order will take longer.
Handling charges are applied to all orders as part of shipping. These charges are based on the purchaser’s choice of delivery, the cost of package materials applicable to product weight and size, and other special shipping and handling instructions.
Please make sure the shipping information is accurate, and be sure to have someone at the delivery site when the package is delivered. Tracking numbers will be emailed to the purchaser once the items have shipped. Please thoroughly examine the package for noticeable damage and either reject the shipment or contact us immediately.
If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately when they become available.
NJTS will not accept responsibility for late packages due to incorrect shipping information in addition UPS does not ship to PO Boxes only street addresses
Returns – ALL sales are final, please know the products you want before making a purchase. We offer some of the most competitive pricing form the most well respected manufactures in the industry. If you have a question please contact us before you make a purchase. We will consider returns on a per client/situation basis at our sole discretion. No returns will be accepted without an RA# issued by the Sales Manager within (5) Business days of receipt of purchase. All RA#s will expire in (10) Business days unless otherwise authorized by the Sales Manager. Returns are subjected to a minimum 25% - 35% restocking fee. Some items may be non-returnable solely at the discretion of NJTS. Other terms apply for Warranty and Exchange; Exchanged items will also be subject to the RA# terms. Restocking fee may be waived at the sole discretion of NJTS, shipping charges will apply.
Warranty and Liability - All products are sold with manufacturers’ warranties. NJTS liability is limited to these warranties. No other claims for damages, labor and/or material will be allowed.
Tax- All taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be applied to the final bill. To qualify for tax-exempt purchases, you will need to supply the Sales Manager with a copy of your State issued tax exemption certificate. You must also have a NJTS login used solely for your organization's purchases and separate from any logins for personal use unless you are authorized to make the purchase on the organizations behalf. If so the Tax exempt certificate must be accompanied by a notarized letter from a duly singed officer of the said organization stating you are authorized to make the purchase on the organizations behalf. You can send your completed and signed certificate along with the email address of your NJTS login to the Sales Manager by either fax or email.
Product Availability and Lead time – Most all items drop ship directly from the manufacture unless otherwise noted. We do not operate an expensive warehouse and transfer the cost to our customers, this helps allow us to offer the customer the best pricing possible. It also limits the amount of time a particular product gets handled limiting the possibility of damage exposure. All products listed as available ship in 5-10 business days unless otherwise noted by the sales manager. We reserve the right to change the availability or lead times on any given product before and after an order is place. Any products listed as pre order will require payment before manufacturing.
